BOX 391 9/12/94 1017 MIDDlEFIElD ROAD ec'?'{ REDWOOD CITY, CA 94~ SOL UTI 0 N N O. 12305 ---------- RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDI~'ISION MAP OF THE SHORE AT CALIFORNIA BAYS IDE, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS: APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF: APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION: AND ACCEPTING OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That certain final subdivision map (including dedications of easements described therein) entitled, "The Shore at California Bayside", prepared by Brian-Kangas-Foulk, Civil Engineers, consultants for Kaufman & Broad - South Bay, Inc. , a California corporation, the owners of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the u tentative map for said subdivision, is approved and accepted ..Ð - subject to the following conditions: a - (a) Before the release of said final map by the City C <.t of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owner or - subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for Improvement of the Shores at California Bayside", (form dated 8/30/94R) wherein Owner, in consideration for the approval of said map by City, shall agree to construct and complete in the time specified in said agreement, all improvements required of O~.,ner under the provisions of -
