QWEST <br />and/or its contractors shall obtain all permits, and other forms or documentation which are <br />required and forward them to the City Administrator with the required evidence of insurance. <br /> <br /> All policies will be issued by insurers acceptable to the City. Upon evidence of financial <br />capacity satisfactory to City, QWEST' obligation hereunder may be satisfied in whole or in part <br />by adequately funded self-insurance. <br /> <br /> (b) Any insurance provider of QWEST shall be admitted and authorized to do business <br />in California and shall be rated at least A:X in A. M.
