reporting provision of at least two (2) years to report claims arising from work <br /> performed in connection with this Agreement. <br /> <br /> · Policy allows for reporting of circumstances or incidents that might give rise to future <br /> claims. <br /> <br /> In addition to the requirements described above, QWEST shall comply with any <br />additional coverages required by federal, state or local laws, rules and regulations. QWEST <br />and/or its contractors shall obtain all permits, and other forms or documentation which are <br />required and forward them to the City Administrator with the required evidence of insurance. <br /> <br /> All policies will be issued by insurers acceptable to the City. Upon evidence of financial <br />capacity satisfactory to City, QWEST' obligation hereunder may be satisfied in whole or in part <br />by adequately funded self-insurance. <br /> <br /> (b) Any insurance provider of QWEST shall be admitted and authorized to do business <br />in California and shall be rated at least A:X in A. M. Best and Company's Insurance Guide. <br />Insurance certificates issued by non-admitted insurance companies are not acceptable. <br /> <br /> (c) If insurance is terminated for any reason, QWEST agrees to purchase an extended <br />reporting provision of at least two (2) years to report claims arising from work performed in <br />connection with this Agreement. <br /> <br /> (d) Policy allows for reporting of circumstances or incidents that might give rise to future <br /> <br />claims. <br /> <br /> (e) In addition to the requirements described above, QWEST shall comply with any <br />additional coverages required by federal, state or local laws, rules and regulations.
