$2,000,000 aggregate for bodily <br /> injury and property damage (coverage <br /> required to the extent <br /> applicable to Consultant's <br /> vehicle usage in performing <br /> services hereunder) <br /> <br /> Professional Liability $1,000,000 per claim and <br /> aggregate <br /> <br /> Concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, Consultant shall furnish City <br />with certificates and copies of information or declaration pages of the Insurance <br />required hereunder and, with respect to evidence of commercial general liability and <br />automobile liability insurance coverage, original endorsements: <br /> <br /> (a) Precluding cancellation or reduction in coverage before the <br /> <br /> expiration of thirty (30) days after City shall have received written <br /> <br /> notification of cancellation or reduction in coverage by first class mail; <br /> (b) Providing that Consultant's insurance shall apply separately to <br /> <br /> each insured against whom claim is made or suit is brought, except with <br /> respect to the limits of the insurer's liability (cross liability endorsement); <br /> <br /> (c) Naming the City of Redwood City, its Council, officers, boards, <br /> commissions, employees, and agents, as additional insureds; and <br /> <br /> (d) Providing that Consultant's insurance coverage shall be primary <br /> insurance with respect to City, its Council, officers, boards, commissions, <br /> employees, and agents, and any insurance or self-insurance maintained <br /> by City for itself, its Council, officers, boards, commissions, employees, or <br /> agents shall be in excess of Consultant's insurance and not contributory <br /> with it. <br /> <br />Agmt-483 6 <br />Shared~Redwood~Council <br />FXS:djk <br />05/17/01 <br /> <br /> <br />
