AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES GREG'S TRUCKING SERVICE, INC This Amendment No. 4 (the "Amendment No. 4") is entered into and effective as of September 1 , 2020, by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"), and Greg's Trucking Service, Inc., a California corporation ("Contractor") (collectively, the "Parties"). RF(_ITAI S A. The Parties previously executed that certain General Services Agreement, dated as of September 7, 2017, (the "Original Agreement"); and B. The Parties previously executed Amendment No. 1 to the Original Agreement ("Amendment No. 1"), dated as of September 7, 2018; and C. The Parties previously executed Amendment No. 2 to the Original Agreement ("Amendment No. 2"), dated as of August 21, 2019; and D. The Parties previously executed Amendment No. 3 to the Original Agreement ("Amendment No. 3"), dated as of January 1, 2020 (the "Original Agreement" and "Amendments No. 1, 2, and 3" are collectively known as the "Agreement"); and E. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth in this Amendment No. 4. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: 1. City will pay Contractor a not -to -exceed amount of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) for the completion of all the services described in the Agreement, which sum will include all costs or expenses incurred by Contractor. Including all amendments through Amendment No. 4, the total amount payable under the Agreement will be a not -to -exceed amount of Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($400,000). 2. Unless terminated earlier, the term of this Amendment will be a period of one year from the effective date of this Amendment. Including all amendments, through Amendment No. 4, the total term of this Agreement is four years from the Effective Date of this Agreement. 3. All other provisions of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect. 4. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by Contractor pursuant to the Agreement will include coverage for this Amendment.
