GRiGINAI <br />AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO EXTEND AND AMEND AGREEMENT FOR <br />GENERAL SERVICES <br />WATERWORKS INDUSTRIES INCORPORATED <br />This Amendment No. 2 is entered into and effective as of the '� day of <br />�UU1 2019, extending and amending the agreement dated <br />September 7, 2017 by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and <br />municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"), and Waterworks Industries <br />Incorporated, a California corporation ("Contractor") (collectively, the "Parties") for <br />aquatic plant management and environment engineering services. <br />RECITALS <br />A. On September 7, 2017, the Parties executed a General Services <br />Agreement ("Original Agreement'); and <br />B. On February 9, 2018, the Parties executed Amendment No. 1 to the <br />Agreement ("Amendment No. 1"; the Original Agreement and Amendment No. 1 are <br />collectively referred to herein as the "Agreement'); and <br />C. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to amendments to the Agreement <br />attached to and incorporated in by reference as Exhibit "A," Scope of Work, and Exhibit <br />"B," Payment Terms. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br />contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br />1. In addition to those services contained in the Agreement, Contractor will <br />provide those services described in Exhibit "A." With this Amendment, the total <br />Agreement amount shall not exceed Eight Hundred Sixteen Thousand Five Hundred <br />Fifty -Two Dollars and Fifty Cents ($816,552.50). <br />2. City will pay Contractor for all work associated with those services <br />described in Exhibit "A" the not -to -exceed amount of One Hundred Ninety Four <br />Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($194,350.00), for an aggregate amount of Eight <br />Hundred Sixteen Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Two Dollars and Fifty Cents <br />($816,552.50). Contractor will provide City, on a monthly basis, copies of invoices <br />sufficiently detailed to include hours performed, hourly rates, and related activities and <br />costs for approval by City. <br />2020. <br />3. Contractor will complete all work described in Exhibit "A" by September 7, <br />4. All other provisions of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect. <br />5.
