b. Pursuant to the Second Amendment, the City gave its consent to the assignment to RSP of Redwood Shores' rights in the Amended Development Agrt)ement. c. Pursuant to the Third Amendment, the City gave its consent to extend the term of the Amended Development Agreement for five (5) years from the Termination Date and provided for notices, demands and requests to RSP be sent to Redwood Shores Properties, 1875 S. Grant Street, Suite 1000, San Mateo, California, or such other address as RSP may give to the City by like written notice. - d. Pursuant to the Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Amendments, the City gave its consent to extend the term of the Amended Development Agreement for two consecutive sixty (60) day periods, and one (1) two hundred forty day (240) period. e. The term of the Amended Development Agreement commenced on the effective date of the ordinance approving it (which was June 23, 1982) and continued for a period of fifteen (15) years to June 23,1997 (the "Termination Date"); and by said Third Amendment said Termination Date was extended and continued for a period of five (5) years to June 23, 2002; and by said Fourth Amendment, said Termination Date was extended and continued for a period of sixty (60) days to August 23, 2002; and by said Fifth Amendment, said Termination Date was extended and continued for a period of sixty (60) days to October 22,2002, and by said Sixth Amendment, said Termination Date was extended for a period of two hundred forty days (240) to June 23, 2003. The City and RSP desire to extend the term of the Amended Development Agreement to September 30,2003.
