Motion carried 5-2 by electronic vote <br /> with Council Member Gee and Mayor Seybert abstained. <br /> M/S Bain/Borgens to approve the Consent Calendar. Motion carried unanimously by <br /> electronic vote. <br /> CITY COUNCIL: Waive reading of the consent calendar and the full text of ordinances <br /> and resolutions, and approve the Consent Calendar items. <br /> 1.
