The permit is subject to the following terms and <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. Name of Event: The 7th Annual Sequoia Stampede 5k Run/Walk shall be <br /> conducted by the Permittee. <br /> 2. Revocation: This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by the <br /> City. <br /> 3. Non-Transferability: This permit is non-transferable. <br /> 4. Location: The activities herein permitted shall be conducted on Elwood St, <br /> Katherine Ave, Nevada St, Outer Circle, Brewster Ave, Topaz St, and James <br /> Ave (See Attached map for details). <br /> 5. Date and Time: The 7th Annual Sequoia Stampede 5k Run/Walk shall be <br /> conducted on Saturday September 16th, 2017. Set-up shall begin at <br /> approximately 7:30 a.m., with the event commencing at 8:30 a.m., and ending <br /> by 10:30 a.m. The course shall be completely cleared and the roadway <br /> reopened by 12:00 p.m. <br /> 6. Course Control: Those portions of the 7th Annual Sequoia Stampede 5k <br /> Run/Walk taking place in the public right-of-way shall be limited to the area <br /> and conducted in a manner designated by the Police Chief. <br /> 7. Insurance: Permittee shall provide City proof of commercial general liability <br /> insurance coverage for any and all activities permitted hereunder in the <br />
