The reasons <br /> for our opposition are the impacts it would have on the Redwood Village Neighborhood. Our <br /> main concerns are: <br /> 1. The property is not suitable for a school. <br /> 2. The traffic to and from the Charter Street site will increase traffic around and through <br /> the neighborhood streets. <br /> 3. Business area parking currently overflows into the neighborhood.
