They typically <br /> receive runoff via downspouts leading from the <br /> roofs of adjacent buildings. <br /> The property contains one two (2) Bio-retention Planters, located as described below and as <br /> shown in the attached site plan: <br /> ■ Two (2) Bio-retention Planters located along the eastern property line. <br /> I. Routine Maintenance Activities <br /> The principal maintenance objectives are to ensure that water flows unimpeded into the <br /> flow-through planter and landscaping remains attractive in appearance.
