8. COMPENSATION <br /> <br /> The CONTRACTOR agrees to perform all of the services of this agreement for a sum not to <br />exceed $40,000. <br /> <br /> 9. PAYMENT <br /> <br /> CONTRACTOR shall submit an invoice detailing the services performed during the billing period. <br />RCSD shall pay a one-time payment of $40,000. <br /> <br /> 10.
