That the nature of the interest or estate of the City of Redwood City, the Redwood City Elementary School District, and the County of San Mateo in and to the real property upon which the aforesaid public work is constructed, a new, 3 acre baseball soccer sport field complete with sand based turf, underdrain, irrigation system, backstop, and fencing. That the real property upon which the aforesaid public work is constructed and to which this notice of completion pertains is described as follows: Sport field at Garfield Charter School located at the intersection of Middlefield Road and Semicircular Road in the City of Redwood City.
