ATTACHMENT NO. 4 <br />SCHEDULE OF PERFORMANCE <br />Applications submitted by the developer will be accompanied by a cover <br />letter indicating the nature and date of the submittal. There will be a <br />space for the receiving staff person to sign and date stamp the letter <br />indicating that the application was received. <br />This schedule is based on work -days unless otherwise stated <br />1. DDA signed <br />2. Application for architectural & Within 90 days of step 1 <br />and planned development permit - <br />submitted. <br />3. Developer notified by letter, if <br />application complete/incomplete. <br />4. If necessary, developer revises <br />and resubmits. <br />5. Zoning and Planned Developments <br />permits approved, as submitted or <br />with staff amendments. <br />6. Application for Tentative Map <br />submitted. <br />7. Developer notified by letter if <br />application is complete/incomplete. <br />S. If necessary, Developer revises <br />and resubmits. <br />9., Planning Commission approves the <br />Planned Development Permit/ <br />Tentative Map as submitted or <br />with amendments. <br />10. Final map submitted to <br />Engineering. <br />11. Engineering reviews final <br />map. <br />12. Developer notified if final map <br />is complete/incomplete. <br />Note: Experience has shown that <br />it takes 3 submittals to get a <br />complete final map. <br />Within 15 days of step 2 <br />Within 20 days of step 3 <br />Within 45 days of receipt <br />of complete application. <br />Within 90 days of signing <br />step 1.
