ATTACHMENT NO 7. <br />FORM OF GRANT DEED <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />MAIL TAX STATEMENTS TO: <br />G R A N T D E E D <br />FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, the REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, a body corporate and politic created pursuant to the <br />Community Redevelopment Law of California, hereby grants to <br />THE INNISFREE PARTNERS, a California general partnership <br />("Grantee") the real property in the City of Redwood City, County <br />of San Mateo, State of California (the "Property") described as <br />follows: <br />(legal description) <br />The Grantee and its successors in interest shall be subject <br />to all of the provisions of the Disposition and Development <br />Agreement for The Gateway Center Project executed by the Grantor <br />and Grantee on , (the "Agreement") and particularly to <br />the limited right of the Grantor under Article 8 of the Agreement <br />to share in the proceeds of each sale of the Property until the <br />terms of Article 8 shall have been fulfilled. <br />In addition, the Grantor has the limited and conditional <br />right to reenter and take possession of the Property and all <br />improvements thereon, and to terminate and revest in the Grantor <br />the estate conveyed to the Grantee hereby, as such right is set <br />forth in Section 1011 of the Agreement; provided that such right <br />
