The City of Redwood City approves, subject to the <br />fulfillment of the condition subsequent in paragraph 4. of <br />this Amendment, the foregoing amendments to the DDA with <br />respect to those sections that are both: (i) also covered by <br />the City's approval of the DDA given April 10, 1990, namely <br />Sections 202, 302, 804, 804.5, 805 and 1009; and (ii) added <br />hereby as a result of the foregoing Amendment, namely <br />Sections 305 and 405.
