Agreement, dated as of <br />April 10, 1990 (as amended to date, the "DDA"), by and between the RedcYclopment Agency of <br />the City of Redwood Crty (the 'Agency") , the City of Redwood Ci <br />ty (the "City"), and Safeway <br />inc., a Delaware corporation ("Developer"), succe, .,, ;, . ; .0 to Sequoia Station Developers, <br />Inc., bas complied pursuant to Section 520 of the DDA with all terms and conditions contained <br />i in the DDA governing the Developer's duties and responsibilities thereunder, and save for specific <br />i obligations which survive this Certificate as set forth in Sections 701, 702, 703 and 704 of the <br />DDA, the Developer has Do further obligations arising pursuant to the DDA. The development <br />described in the DDA is hereby deemed complete and accepted in all respects by the Agency and <br />' neither ills Agency, the City nor any other person shall have any rights, remedies or controls that <br />it would otherwise have or be entitled to exercise under the DDA as a result of a Default by the <br />Developer (as defined in the DDA) in the performance of any provisions of the DDA. <br />Therefore, the Agency hereby removes the encumbrances created by the following <br />I <br />language: <br />"In addition, the Grantor has the limited and conditional right to the return <br />I <br />of title and possession of the Property and all improvements thereon, and to the <br />termination and revesting in the Grantor of the estate conveyed to the Grantee <br />hereby, as such right is set forth in Section 1011 of the Agreement; provided that <br />I <br />i <br />such right to reenter, take possession, terminate and revert shall expire and be of <br />no further forceor effect upon the recordation by the Grantor of the Certificate of <br />Completion described in Section 1011 of the Agreement." <br />appearing in those certain deeds from the Agency to Developer, recorded in the Office of the <br />i <br />Recorder of the County of San Mateo as follows: <br />Document Number Recordation Date <br />7aRD AxrNDMe T TO now Ju 21. 1975 <br />
