When Recorded Mail To: <br />Redevelopment Agency of <br />City of Redwood City <br />2010 Broadway <br />Redwood City, CA 94063 <br />Attn: Executive Director <br />SPACE ABOVE THIS LINE FOR RECORDER'S USE <br />Documentary Transfer Tax $ None <br />(Grantee is an exempt public entity) <br />G R A N T D E E D <br />FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation <br />of the State of California ("Grantor"), hereby grants to the <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a body <br />corporate and politic created pursuant to the Community <br />Redevelopment Law of California ("Grantee"), the two parcels of <br />real property in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, <br />State of California (the "Property") described on Exhibit "A" <br />attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof. <br />The Grantee and its successors in interest shall be subject <br />to all of the provisions of the Disposition and Development <br />Agreement for Sequoia Station Project executed by Sequoia Station <br />Developers, Inc., a California corporation ("Sequoia"), Grantor <br />and Grantee, effective April 10, 1990, as amended by the First <br />Amendment thereof executed by Grantor, Grantee, Sequoia and <br />Safeway Inc., a Delaware corporation, effective March 9, 1992 <br />(the "Agreement"). <br />The Grantee herein covenants by and for itself, its heirs, <br />executors, administrators and assigns, and all persons claiming <br />under or through them, that there shall be no discrimination <br />against or segregation of, any person or group of persons on <br />
