Fahibit "A" <br />All that land situated in the State of California, County of <br />San Mateo, City of Redwood City described as follows: <br />Parcel 1 <br />Lot 16 as shown on that certain map entitled "JAMES STP.EET <br />ADDITION REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA", filed in the office of the <br />County Recorder of San Mateo County, State of California, on <br />July 19, 1927, in Book 16 of Naps at page(s) 13. <br />JPN 052 035 356 08 A <br />Parcel 2 <br />BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the Northeasterly <br />prolongation of the Southeasterly line of that certain parcel of <br />land described as Parcel 2 in Deed from Southern Pacific Railroad <br />Company and Southern Pacific Company to Lewis Paolino, dated <br />February 20, 1946 and recorded May 29, 1946 in Book 1283 of <br />Official Records at Page 122, Records of San Mateo County, <br />California, with the Northwesterly prolongation of the Northeasterly <br />line of Lot 8 in Block 10 as shown on the map of property of <br />Villa Lots to J.V.
