When Recorded Mail To: <br />Redevelopment Agency of <br />City of Redwood City <br />I 2010 Broadway <br />Redwood City, CA 94063 <br />Attn: Executive Director <br />SPACE ABOVE THIS LINE FOR RECORDER'S USE <br />Documentary Transfer Tax $ <br />G R A N T D E E D <br />FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, the REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, a body corporate and politic created pursuant to the <br />i <br />Community Redevelopment Law of California ("Grantor"), hereby <br />grants to SAFEWAY INC., a Delaware corporation ("Grantee"), the <br />two parcels of real property in the City of Redwood City, County <br />of San Mateo, State of California (the "Property") described on <br />Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part <br />hereof. <br />The Property, and the possession and use thereof by the <br />Grantee and its successors in interest, shall be subject to all <br />of the provisions of the Disposition and Development Agreement <br />for Sequoia Station Project executed by Sequoia Station <br />Developers, Inc., a California corporation ("Sequoia"), Grantor <br />and the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the <br />State of California ("City") effective April 10, 1990, as amended <br />by the First Amendment thereof executed by Grantor, Grantee, <br />Sequoia and City, effective March 9, 1992 (the "Agreement"). <br />In addition, the Grantor has the limited and conditional <br />right to the return of title and possession of the Property and <br />all improvements thereon, and to the termination and revesting in <br />the Grantor of the estate conveyed to the Grantee hereby, as such <br />right is set forth in Section 1011 of the Agreement; provided <br />THIS CERTIFICATET Title or Type of Document C''"' --Ii- LLe ecj Yt <br />MUST BE ATTACHED Number of Paqes Date of Document 6 — Z <br />
