Grantor is the owner of that certain real property located in the City of Redwood City, <br />County of San Mateo, State of California, as more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached <br />hereto and incorporated by this reference (the "Property"). <br />B. Grantee has requested a public service easement for the purpose of operating, <br />repairing, maintaining and replace the existing public storm drains and related pipes, culverts, <br />wires, conduit, drains, and other related facilities to provide public storm drainage (collectively, <br />the "Storm Drain Facilities") in, upon, under, over, across, and through that certain and limited <br />portion of the Property, as said limited portion is described on Exhibit `B," and depicted on <br />Exhibit "C," attached hereto and incorporated by this reference (the "Easement Area"). <br />C. Grantor is willing to grant this easement upon the terms and conditions set forth <br />below. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, for valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is <br />hereby acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows: <br />1. Grant of Easement. Grantor hereby grants to Grantee a storm drainage easement <br />in, upon, under, over, across, and through the Easement Area for the purposes of operating, <br />repairing, maintaining and replacing (with same or different size and/or material) the existing <br />Storm Drain Facilities in the approximate locations they occupy as of the date of the execution <br />Deed -027 <br />10/16/98 <br />X/ <br />
