PARCEL I: <br />Portion of Block 2 of Range "A" as shown on that certain map entitled "TOWN OF <br />MEZESVILLE", filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County, State of <br />California on August 1, 1856 in Book 1 of Maps at page 79 and portion of Block 2 as shown <br />on the map entitled "MAP OF THE PROPERTY IN VILLA LOTS OF J.V. DILLER <br />SITUATED IN REDWOOD CITY", filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo <br />County, State of California on September 18, 1863 in Book "E" of Maps at page 77 and copied <br />into Book 1 of Maps at page 83, more particularly described as a whole as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly line of Middlefield Road, formerly Second and/or <br />Webster Street, distant thereon South 3° 30' East 275.00 feet from its intersection with the <br />Southerly line of Broadway, formerly "A" Street, as said street are shown on the Map of Town <br />of Mezesville above mentioned, thence North 86° 31' 20" Fast, parallel with the Southerly line <br />of Broadway 99.90 feet; thence North 3° 27' 15" West 275.00 feet to the Southerly line of <br />Broadway; thence North 860 31' 20" East along said Southerly line 100.10 feet to the Westerly <br />line of Jefferson Avenue, formerly First Street and/or Washington Street; thence South 3° 30' <br />East along said Westerly line 343.72 feet; thence South 660 30' West 200.22 feet to the Easterly <br />Line of Middlefield Road; thence North 30 30' West along said Easterly line 68.80 feet to the <br />point of beginning. <br />EXCEPTING THEREFROM all buildings and improvements situated thereon as conveyed by <br />deed from Patricia Perruquet, et al., to Broadway Plaza Partnership recorded August 18, 1980, <br />Book 7980 and 1845, Series No. 77400 -AP, which buildings and improvements are and shall <br />remain real property. <br />PARCEL II: <br />An easement appurtenant to Parcel 1 above described for the parking of automobile, trucks and <br />other vehicles, over that certain real property described as follows: <br />Portion of Block 2 of Range "A" as shown on that certain map entitled "TOWN OF <br />MEZESVILLE", filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County; State of <br />California on August 1, 1956 in Book 1 of Maps at Page 79, more particularly described as <br />follows: <br />BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly line of Middlefield Road, formerly Second, and/or <br />Webster Street, distant thereon South 30 30' East 125.10 feet from its intersection with the <br />Southerly line of Broadway, formerly "A" Street, as said streets are shown on the map above <br />mentioned; thence from said point of beginning North 86° 29' 40" East 100.02 feet; thence <br />South 30 27' 15" East 149.95 feet; thence South 860 31' 20" West 99.90 feet to the Easterly <br />line of Middlefield Road; thence North Y 30' West along said Easterly line 149.90 feet to the <br />point of beginning, as the said easement is created and described in the Deed from Irving Kay <br />and Ida Kay, his wife and W. E. Ayer and A. G. Keney (doing business under the firm name <br />and style of Redwood City Hardware Co.) and Daisy Bell Keney, wife of A. G. Keney and <br />Helen A. Ayer, wife of W. L.
