in this Agreement to provide for, or anticipate, every action by Agency or District that may be <br />required to fully implement the Agreement. Agency and District agree to cooperate in good faith, <br />and to take any such additional actions that may be necessary to fully implement this Agreement. <br />Agency hereby authorizes the Executive Director of Agency to take any such actions, and execute <br />any such documents, on behalf of Agency as are required to fully consummate the transactions <br />contemplated under this Agreement. District hereby authorizes the Superintendent of District to take <br />any such actions, and execute any such documents, on behalf of District as are required to fully <br />consummate the transactions contemplated under this Agreement. <br />15. Successors. <br />This Agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the respective <br />successors or assigns of the parties hereto. <br />16. Countemarts. <br />This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an <br />original. <br />17.
