In the event that an individual has <br /> participated in this Plan by reason of employment with two or <br /> more Employers, separate Accounts shall be maintained for such <br /> individual with respect to each employment relationship . <br /> ARTICLE 6 - DISTRIBUTIONS <br /> 6 . 1 Commencement of Distributiona a2m aeparation from <br /> Service : Upon a Participant ' s Separation from Service with an <br /> Employer, the Participant may elect to receive distributions <br /> under one of the optional distribution forms described in Section <br /> 6 . 2, commencing no earlier than the sixty-first (61st) day <br /> following the date of the Participant ' s Separation from Service, <br /> or the Participant may elect a deferred commencement date under <br /> Section 6 . 3 . If neither such election is made within sixty (60) <br /> days of the Participant ' s Separation from Service, distributions <br /> shall commence under the Default Distribution Option as soon as <br /> practicable thereafter.
