<br />ALTERNATIVES <br />Choose not to enter into the Agreement and cancel the Zoppe Circus. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The Live Performance Agreement with Zoppe Circus is for up to $125,183; additionally, <br />approximately $34,817 will be expended for marketing, equipment and supplies, staffing <br />costs, etc. to support the three weeks of performances for a total event cost of <br />$160,000. This amount is already budgeted in the 150-66429 (Downtown Development <br />Programs) account and no appropriation is needed.
