EXHIBIT A <br /> PEN TV Proposed Services Fiscal Year 2017-2018: <br /> • UNLIMITED access to PenTV's bulletin board for posting announcements <br /> • Acknowledge support on PenTV website <br /> • Invite Non-for—profits to appear on PenTV "Pen Voice" TV show (monthly) <br /> • Create a "Welcome to our City" Video by Mayor <br /> • Create professionally edited promotional video for city initiatives, up to 5 minutes <br /> 3 videos per year. (Total of 8. 3 from 17-18 contract, 2 from quarterly show- plan <br /> to do only 2 of the 4, 3 unused from quarterly show from 16-17 contract) <br /> • Record city wide event(s) (3 per year) <br /> • Set up and Manage a live to the Internet event (one per year) <br /> • Record (4) half hour shows. 1 per quarter with City officials.
