Planning Director Patterson presented a video, WHY PLAN, and then introduced <br />Ken Schroeter. <br />Ken Schroeter, Planning and Management Consultant and former Community <br />Development Director, presented an overall review of the sections of the <br />Transportation and Noise Control Policies of the General Strategic Plan. <br />(References below are to sections of the General Strategic Plan) <br />2. Review of Transportation Policies <br />a. Refer to Section 9 in the "Studies" Binder -- CIRCULATION <br />b. Discussion ensued.
