Mrs. Spangler said <br />that the package includes fencing, lighting a a new entry, and the addi tioi nal <br />funds would cover the architect's fees and unexpected costs. <br />M /S: Stangel /Bury to allocate $200,000 for the project to protect Union <br />Cemetery.
