Liability Insurance - - <br />Report: Assistant Finance Director 6/29/88 <br />Affidavit of Mailing on file <br />Assistant Finance Director Ponty presented the subject report. <br />M /S: Stangel /Buchan to approve purchase of excess liability insurance as <br />proposed by Marsh & McLennan, Inc. for renewal for one year with a premian <br />of $379,500 for the coverage described in the Assistant Finance Director's <br />Report of June 29, 1988. <br />Carrier) by majority voice vote determined to be 6 -1. <br />MINUTE ORDER NO. 88 -105 <br />City Manager Smith referred to previous lengthy consideration of liability <br />insurance coverage for the City and the difficulties encountered by cities <br />and offered to have staff prepare a comprehensive report on the status of <br />the insurance situation in approximately six months.
