INTRODUCTION I The City of Redwood City is soliciting bids from Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (E LAP) certified laboratories to provide various drinking water and non -drinking water laboratory analyses and reporting services for the Public Works Services Department. All necessary equipment, materials, insurance, subcontractors and personnel should be included in the bid.
