Section VI. Scope of Services, Section B. Notification of Sample Results <br />a. [Clarification] WaterTrax or EDT reporting is in addition to electronic sample <br />reports in pdf format to the Public Works Services Department (PWS). The cost <br />of electronic sample reports to PWS must be included in the unit cost. <br />2. Attachment A — Bid Pricing Form <br />a. [Change] A revised bid pricing form is provided as Attachment A of Addendum 1. <br />The following columns have been added: (i) standard analyses turnaround (# of <br />days); (ii) rush analyses turnaround (# of days); and (iii) rush analyses unit cost. <br />Below are answers to questions: <br />1 <br />2 <br />Question <br />Can you provide the actual number of <br />respective analytical tests (# of samples <br />per sampling event) completed on the NIB, <br />Attachment A? <br />Outside of the UCMR4 testing, can we <br />substitute other EPA approved testing <br />methods if we can obtain the same or <br />lower reporting limits? <br />Answer <br />The quantities listed in Attachment A column <br />3, "# of Samples per sampling event", <br />represent the actual number of tests <br />anticipated. However, there is the potential <br />for additional samples/tests to be requested. <br />Other EPA approved testing methods that <br />meet reporting limits can be substituted given <br />they meet all regulatory requirements from <br />the EPA and State of California. Please <br />specify the method in the "Proposed Test <br />ADDENDUM 1 <br />FY 2017-18 LABORATORY SERVICES NIB 1 OF 11 <br />
