ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> FOR <br /> COMMUNICATION SUPPORT SERVICES <br /> (PUBLIC WORKS SERVICES PROGRAMS/ACTIVITIES) <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this ~'~'{ day of <br />  2001, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br /> <br />muni~ip~c'orporation of the State of California, ("City"), and THE SANDUL <br />COMPANY, INC. of Hamilton, Montana ("Consultant"); <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, City requires customer support to communicate public <br />information related to its water utility, stormwater program, lagoons management <br />program and street cleaning activities (the "Projects"); and <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Projects, the City requires professional <br />communication support services; and <br /> WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the experience, and <br />is qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the Projects; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> '1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall perform consulting <br />and related communication support services described in Exhibit "A" hereof, <br />attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> 2. COMPENSATION: EXPENSES: PAYMENT.
