12. INSURANCE. Consultant shall acquire and maintain Workers' <br />Compensation (if applicable) relating to Consultant's services to be performed <br />hereunder covering City's risks in form subject to the approval of the City <br />Attorney. The minimum amount of coverage corresponding to the aforesaid <br />category of insurance per insurable event, shall be as follows: <br /> <br /> Insurance Cate_uory Mir~im~Jm Limits <br /> Workers' Compensation statutory minimum <br /> <br />Concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, Consultant shall <br />furnish City with certificates of the insurance required. <br /> <br /> 13. COVENANT AGAINST CONTINGENT FEES. Consultant hereby <br />warrants that Consultant has not employed or retained any company or person, <br />other than a bona fide employee working for Consultant, to solicit or secure this <br />Agreement, and Consultant has not paid or agreed to pay any company or <br />person, other than a bona fide employee, any fee, commission, percentage, <br />brokerage fee, gift, or any other consideration contingent upon or resulting from <br />the award or formation of this Agreement.
