EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Jana Kiser, Executive Director of Redwood City 2020 will meet with Marina Smerling, <br />Shameless Heart Coaching, four (4) to six (6) times per month by phone. The scope and <br />purpose of this executive coaching will be to: <br />• Assess and strengthen critical interpersonal and relationship management skills required <br />for effective performance — influencing, motivating, presenting, resolving conflicts and <br />presenting challenges — using skills and tools from Nonviolent Communication (NVC). <br />• Facilitate development of "emotional intelligence': self-awareness, self-management, <br />empathy and relationship -building. <br />• Identify overall strengths and potential areas for development. <br />• Facilitate professional development and career planning. <br />Consultant will invoice RWC 2020 monthly at the hourly rate of $120.00 per hourly session. <br />ATTY/AGR/2017.202/SHAMLESS HEART COACHING <br />REV: 09-05-17 VR <br />Page 10 of 10 <br />
