COI'T 12/18/00 RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 14107 RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PARCEL MAP NO. 2000-8, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID PARCEL MAP; VACATING A PORTION OF ORCHARD AVENUE; AND ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF EASEMENT AND A PORTION OF ORCHARD AVENUE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That certain final parcel map (including dedications described therein) entitled, "Parcel Map No. 2000-8", prepared by Luzuriaga Taylor, Inc., Civil Engineers and Consultants for Jon E, Pierog and Patricia M. Lucas, the owners of record of said parcel map, heretofore determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the tentative map for said subdivision, is approved and accepted subject to the following conditions: a) Before the release of said final map by the City of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owners or subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owners or subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of the subdivision) of, said subdivision shall enter into and execute that certain proposed construction agreement on file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for Improvement for Parcel Map No. 2000-8", (form dated 11/07/00) wherein Owner, in consideration for the approval of said map by City, shall agree to construct and complete in the time specified in said Agreement, all improvements required of Owner under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations of said City, and such other improvements designated or mentioned in said Agreement. -1- Reso-1032 FXS:djk F :/Shared/Redwood/Council 11/07/00 1111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111 2001-080576 06/05/2001 0S:24A R1 Page: 2 of 5 - - .
