<br /> o RIG I N A - 7/l0/00 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13937 <br /> RESOLUTION GRANTING EASEMENT DEED TO PACIFIC GAS <br /> AND ELECTRIC COMPANY; DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO <br /> ACCEPT THE QUITCLAIM DEEDS PERTAINING THERETO; <br /> AND TO FILE SAID QUITCLAIM DEEDS AND EASEMENT DEED <br /> FOR RECORDATION <br /> (SEAPORT BOULEVARD) <br /> WHEREAS, the construction of Seaport Boulevard will require the City of <br /> Redwood City to grant an easement deed to Pacific Gas and Electric Company <br /> (UPG&E") to relocate their facilities; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City is willing to grant an easement as <br /> described and depicted on Exhibit UA" hereof, attached hereto and by this <br /> reference incorporated herein to PG&E; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. This Council hereby grants to Pacific Gas and Electric Company an <br /> easement described and depicted on Exhibit "A". The Mayor and City Clerk are <br /> hereby authorized and directed to execute, and attest thereto, respectively, a <br /> grant of easement (in form approved by the City Attorney) to Pacific Gas and <br /> Electric Company. <br /> 2.
