EXHIBIT A LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS Parcel A-I Over and across a portion of the lands of the City of Redwood City described as Parcel 1 in that certain grant deed from Leslie Salt Co. to the City of Redwood City recorded on May 26, 1983 as Document Number 83051711 in the Official Records of San Mateo County, and as said Parcel 1 is more particularly shown on that certain Record of Survey recorded in Book 19 of Licensed Land Surveyor Maps at Pages 67 through 70, inclusive, San Mateo County Records, and said easement being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the northeasterly comer of said Parcell; thence southwesterly along the easterly line of said Parcel 1 South 14° 26' 00" West 419.52 feet; thence leaving said easterly line and northeasterly across said Parcell North 11° 25' 33" East 420.10 feet to a point in the northerly boundary of said Parcell; thence southeasterly along said northerly boundary South 75° 34' 00" East 22.04 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
