<br /> Redwood City ("City") will acquire all of the parcels on Block One by December 31, 2003 and <br /> start construction of the Jefferson Street garage between Janaury 1, 2004 and March 31, 2004. <br /> Landlord will be acquiring an "air rights" interest in the property to be conveyed to Landlord by <br /> the City no sooner than the date the City acquires its 100% fee title interest in the Property and <br /> no later than the earlier of completion of construction of the underground garage or Landlord's <br /> commencement of construction of the above-ground structures that comprise the Building. The <br /> outside dates for the satisfaction of the conditions described in Section 2.3(a) and Section 2.3(c) <br /> of the Original Lease are hereby extended from March 29,2002 to May 31,2003. <br /> 5) Èfred of Amendment. The Amendment modifies and amends the Original <br /> Lease, and the terms and provisions hereof shall supercede and govern over any contrary or <br /> inconsistent terms and provisions set forth in the Original Lease. Except as provided in this <br /> Amendment, the Original Lease remains in full force and effect.
