Protection of Parking Spaces in Red Zone a. The parties have counted the number of pub1idy available parking spaces in the Red Zone and agree'that it is 1,949.' (An attaclu:nent will be made to ,the Parking Fadlities Ag~ment designatins those spaces.) The City agrees that it will operate and maintain at least 18507 such spaces in the Red Zone or the Orange Zone. b. All new deve1opment8 in the Red ZoI\e will be required to self- parkS according to'reasonable downtown par1ång standards adopted from time to tUne by the Cíty. If requested by Developer or Century, the City will promptly provide notice of aJl applications for new development in the Red Zone. If requested by Devèloper or Century. the Oty will create a seven-member Parking , Advisory Committee (PAC) composed of a representative from Developer, a representative from Centwy, a representative from the Fox (if t1œ Pox elects to participate), a City representative. and other representatives ,of downtown businesses or property owneD as designated by the City. The PAC will advise the Ci~ Council on downtown parking issues, including: i. Downtown Parking Standard, ü.
