<br /> (b) Landlord's Termination Right. In the first sentence of Section 3.I(e) of <br /> the Amended Lease, the phrase, "within thirty (30) months after the Effective Date of this <br /> Lease" shall be deemed deleted and replaced with the phrase, "on or before the first to <br /> occur of (x) twenty-four (24) months after the date Landlord acquires the air rights to <br /> Landlord's Parcel, or (y) December 1,2006". <br /> 4) Effect of Amendment. The Amendment modifies and amends the Amended <br /> Lease, and the terms and provisions hereof shall supercede and govern over any contrary or <br /> inconsistent terms and provisions set forth in the Amended Lease. Except as provided in this <br /> Amendment, the Original Lease, as heretofore amended, remains in full force and effect.
