<br />17. Further Assurances. At the request of any party to this Agreement, each other <br />party shall execute, acknowledge and deliver such other documents and/or instruments as may be <br />reasonably required by the first party in order to carry out the intentions of the parties and the <br />purposes of this Agreement, provided that no such document or instrument shall modify the <br />rights or obligations of the parties provided herein. <br />18. Effect of Ae:reement.
