12/06/2004 <br />4. The City Council does disclose and determine that, as a result of the election, a <br />majority of the voters voting on Measure Q did not vote in favor of it and that the <br />Measure was not carried, and shall not be deemed adopted and ratified. <br />Measure Q: Yes (12,651) No (15,057) <br />5. The City Clerk shall enter on the records of the City Council of the City of <br />Redwood City a statement of the result of the election showing: (1) the whole <br />number of ballots cast in the City; (2) the Measure voted upon; (3) the number of <br />votes given at each precinct for and against the Measure; and (4) the total <br />number of votes for and against the Measure. <br />6. That the City Council of the City of Redwood City submitted Measure Q to the <br />qualified voters of the City at the election, and the Measure was not passed by a <br />majority of voters voting thereupon. <br />7.
