We are including the following services in our <br />scope of work: <br />1. Preparation of drawings suitable for Design/Build construction by Redwood City <br />Electric and permit submittal to the City of Redwood City. <br />2. CAD background drawings to be furnished by Freedman Tung & Bottomley. <br />3. Drawings will be prepared using AutoCAD 2002. <br />4. Engineer's review and wet signing of permit drawings by an engineer currently <br />licensed in the State of California. <br />5. Attendance at approximately eight (8) design meetings in San Francisco or San <br />Mateo counties. These meetings are prior to the start of construction. Meetings after <br />the start of construction will be included in the construction cost estimate. <br />6. Preparation of two sets of drawings for submittal: 75%, and 100%. <br />7. Coordination with other trades and material suppliers for special street lighting <br />accessories, including Theater Gateways, and planter columns. <br />8. Coordination with PG&E for service to new street lighting and design of appropriate <br />metering facilities. <br />9. Coordination with waterproofing consultant for Parking Garage. <br /> ._".~."._..._- <br />
