Automobile Liability $1,000,000 per accident and $2,000,000 aggregate for bodily injury and property damage (coverage required to the extent applicable to Consultant's vehicle usage in performing services hereunder). Professional Liability $1,000,000 per claim and aggregate. Concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, Consultant shall furnish City and Agency with certificates and copies of information or declaration pages of the Insurance required hereunder and, with respect to evidence of commercial general liability and automobile liability insurance coverage, original endorsements: (a) Precluding cancellation or reduction in coverage before the expiration of thirty (30) days after City and Agency shall have received written notification of cancellation or reduction in coverage by first class mail; (b) Providing that Consultant's insurance shall apply separately to each insured against whom claim is made or suit is brought, except with respect to the limits of the insurer's liability (cross liability endorsement); (c) Naming City of Redwood City, Redwood City Redevelopment Agency, their councils, boards, officers, commissions, employees, and agents, as additional insureds; and (d) Providing that Consultant's insurance coverage shall be primary insurance with respect to City, Agency, their councils, boards, officers, commissions, employees, and agents, and any insurance or self- insurance maintained by City, Agency, and their council, boards, officers, commissions, employees, or agents shall be in excess of Consultant's insurance and not contributory with it. 12. Business License. Consultant will obtain and maintain a City of Redwood City Business License for the term of the Agreement, as may be amended from time-to-time. 13. Maintenance of Records. Consultant will maintain complete and accurate records with respect to costs incurred under this Agreement. All records will be clearly identifiable. By previous appointment, Consultant will allow a representative of City/Agency during normal business hours to examine, audit, and make transcripts or copies of records and any other documents created pursuant to this Agreement. Consultant will allow inspection of all work, data, documents, proceedings, and activities related to the Agreement for a period of three (3) years from the date of final payment under this Agreement.
