Request for financial support of Pony Express <br />Women's Softball of Redwood City for participation <br />in Second Annual Women's National "C" Slowpitch <br />Tournament, Midland, Texas on September 22 -26, 1988 <br />(per Council 9/12/88) <br />Mike Peavler, 725 Topaz, Coach and Manager of the Pony Express team referred <br />to his letter of September 12, 1988 requesting financial support for the <br />team's trip to the subject tournament. <br />M /S: Claire /Murray to contribute $700.00 to support the Pony express Women's <br />Softball team for participation in the Second Annual Women's National "C" <br />Slowpitch Tournament, Midland, Texas on September 22 -26, 1988, noting that <br />the contribution represents 10% of the estimated expenses of the team. <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote.
