Stambaugh - Heller district houses and historical background <br />VI DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSION <br />The HRAC will be presenting a request to the Planning Commission for <br />recommendation to the City Council for the designation of the <br />Stambaugh - Heller Historic District in the near future.
