ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR <br />This agenda item affords members of the public the opportunity to directly address the <br />City Council on any subject relating to the City Council which is not on the agenda or any <br />item within the Consent Calendar. If the subject YOU wish to address is not on the <br />aaenda. please understand that the Brown Act (Open Meetina Law) precludes the <br />Council from takina any action at this time. All items within the Consent Calendar are <br />considered to be routine and the City Council will waive the reading of the Consent <br />Calendar (except the title of any ordinances) and adopt all resolutions and ordinances, _ <br />and approve other items by one motion and one vote. The total time allocated to this <br />agenda item is within the discretion of the Mayor, but is generally limited to 15 minutes. <br /> MOTION: waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances by title, <br /> adopt the resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items. <br /> 5.1 Section - Motions <br /> A.
