Merrill, President of the Board of.Trustees of the Town of Redwood City. $aldwin & Howell having made payments in the matter of Dingee Park Assessment Diatrictel Trustee Brown,seconded by Trustee Beeger,moved that the Chairman return checks to them, Motion carried. Complaint of John Machado that sidewalk at corner of Brewster Avenue and Allerton Street was in need of repair,was referred to superintendent of Streets,to report on later. Trustee Brown,seconded by Trustee Hynding,offered the following resolution and moved Its adoption. Whereas the Moxey Realty Company has presented this day to the Board of TrVstees of the Town of 1ibdWood.City ,a certain map,entitied,"Map of Subdivision of Lot 10 of the Wooster Whitton and Montgomery's Sub. of a part of the Redwood Farm", and said map being prepared in all respects as.required by law, now Therefore be it resolved,that the following named street,upon said map delineated and set forth,to-wit: Johnson Street ,be and the same is hereby accepted on behalf of the Public by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City,as dedicated to public use; and the Clerk of said Town is directed to endorse upon said map said acceptance; r And be it further resolved that this resolution be- adopted and said map accepted Upon. and subject to the express condition that toe"Town of Redwood City does not hereby become responsible•or liable,for any cost,char-geor, expense either for grading, macadam- izing or for any other road purpose,as to,said street ,this condition as to the.incurring" Of cost,charge or expense,being left to the discretion of future Boards of Trustees; no .� one of said Board of Trustees nor any member thereof or said Town of Redwood City shall ever. be liable to damage in any sum or amount arising by or through any defect of any kind In said street.
