<br />by Trustee Bee ger, approved. Motion carried by the following vote.

<br />Monthly reports of Town Officers for month ending April 15,1910.

<br />Court Madrone F. O.A. offers a strip of land 70 x 100 feet on Phelps and Maple Streets, for

<br />yTrustee HYnding,seconded by Trustee Beeger,moved that communication be received and filed
<br />for future consideration. Motion carried.

<br />James Pu Coleman tendered his resignation as Nightwatchman,to take effect at once.
<br />Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Beeger,moved that resignation be accepted and a
<br />vote of appreciation be extended for the efficient manner in which he had conducted his
<br />office. Motion carried.
<br />Map and resolution of Taft Avenue,Re-subdivision Port.of Redwood Farm,was laid over
<br />until next meeting. F
<br />Geo.w.Lovie,in behalf of Board Of Trade,addressed the Council in the matter of aiding
<br />the U.S.census takers with additional clerical force.
<br />Trustee Hynding,seconded by Trustee Beeger,moved that the Finance Colpmittee be auth-
<br />orized to employ extra assistance not to exceed $25.00. Motion carried.
<br />Mr hero addressed the Board relative to return of fees collected by Poundmaster..
<br />As the fees collected by Poundmaster are not turned into the City TreasurY,no action
<br />could be taken in the matter.
<br />Trustee Brown,seconded by Trustee Beeger,presented the following resolution and moved
<br />its adoption.
<br />Whereas, Anna Schellens has presented this day to the Board of Trustees ok the Town of
<br />Redwood CitY,State of California,a certain map, entitled, "Map of Subdivision of Lot 16of the
<br />WOOster,VPhitton and Montgomery Subdivision of a part of the Redwood Farm,and said map be. -
<br />Ing prepared in all respects as required by law;
<br />Now,therefore,be It resolved that the following public streets,highways and avenues
<br />upon said map delineated and set forth;to wit:
<br />McKinley street,be,and the same is hereby accepted on behalf of the Public by the Board
<br />Of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City,as dedicated to public use; and the Clerk of this
<br />Board is hereby directed to endorse upon said map said acceptance.
<br />And be it further resolved,that this resolution be adopted and this map be accepted
<br />upon and subject to the express condition that the Town of Redwood 'City does not hereby
<br />become responsible or liable for any cost,charge or expense either for grading, macadam 17,-
<br />119 or for any other road purpose as to said street,this condition as to the incurring of
<br />
