Motion carried. <br />Trustee Hynding,seconded by Trustee Brown,moved that City Attorney be instructed to <br />prepare Ordinance making the speed limit for railroad trainsoin city limits ,from Brewster <br />Avenue to Spruce Street, at 30 miles per hour.
