<br />Roll Call. Present,Trustees President Geo.A.Merrill, Carl Beeger, Robt.Brown,
<br />C.J.Hynding, B.11 -Sampson.
<br />Minutes of meeting of April lg, 1910,read.
<br />Trustee Hynding,seconded by Trustee Beeger,moved same be approved. Motion carried.
<br />Communication from Le Roy E.Harris,calling attention to bathers and students of
<br />Stanford University bathing in creek near end of Deep Water Road,without proper bathing
<br />suits. The Marshal was directed to put up notices warning bathers to"be properly clothed.
<br />Petition from property owners on Chestnut Street objecting to laying of railroad
<br />tracks on s81d street. Trustee Brown,seconded by Trustee Sampson,moved same be received
<br />and filed. Motion carried.
<br />invitation from Board. of Trade inviting City Council to their annual banquet at Ber—
<br />nasque+s Hotel,on May 10,1910;
<br />Trustee HYnding,seconded by Trustee Beeger,movOd the invitation be accepted and Clerk
<br />of Board extend thanks. Motion carried.
<br />Chairman Sampson,of Committee on Public Health and Morals,reports resignation of J.J.
<br />Rogers as, Nightwatchman,and appointment of J.J.McGlynn to fill vacancy caused by resig—
<br />nation of J.J.Rogers.

<br />Trustee Brown,seconded by ,Trustee Hynding,moved that the former action of the Board
<br />in the matter of culverts ,District' No. 13,be rescinded. Motion carried.
<br />Trustee HYnding, seconded by Trustee Begger,moved that Toncan Metal culverts be install-

<br />ed in District No. 13,total price to be $1.05,instead of former estimate of $1.75,per
<br />foot. Motion carried by the., following vote; ,

<br />Its adoption.
<br />Whereas, Anna Schellens has presented this day to the Board of Trustees of the Town of
<br />Redwood CitY,State of 0alifornia,a certain map,entitled,"Map of Subdivision of Lots 29 and
<br />31 of the Wooster,Whitton and Montgomery Subdivision of a part of the Redwood Farm,and
<br />said map being prepared in all respects as required by law;
<br />Now,therefore,be it resolved that the following public streets highways and avenues
<br />upon said map delineated and set forth,to—wit' Taft street,be,and the same is hereby ac—
<br />cepted on behalf of the Public by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City,as
<br />dedicated to public use;and the Clerk of this Board is hereby directed to endorse upon sai(i
<br />map said acceptance.
